if you've built a home (esp a Ryan Home)-ins ??
I just got a home owners ins quote from the Ryan Home's (NVR) insurer. I asked for a quote from my current insurance agent and she said the quote I got was incredibly inexpensive. Anyone use the NVR insurance people? Am i missing something--why is it so cheap?? Just looking for some guidance.

Mine is really cheap...State Farm...built our house in 2008. You get pretty cheap insurance for a new house. I'm not sure what you were quoted, but just compare it to other people's coverage and make sure you're FULLY covered.
Ours is about 400/year
