Weekend Updates

It was okay. Friday and Saturday we took care of car stuff (for my car and Daniel's). Got to a test drive the car I've been coveting (VW Tiguan). I think they're too cute. We're hoping to get one sooner now because apparently my car is on the brink of falling apart. So, hopefully by the end of May I'll have a new car!
Sunday was errands and laziness.
The weekends go by too fast.
Friday- We went to a great Mexican restaurant nearby to celebrate my job. It was so delicious! And for a Friday night, the food came out SO quick! Loved it.
Saturday - We had my nieces and nephews over to spend the night. It was fun, made burgers & hotdogs on the grill, some fries, then watched movies. And something I'm proud of: we totally forgot to buy ketchup, we don't keep it in the house, because we just don't use it, but with kids, it's a must. So I looked online real quick and made my own ketchup that the kids LOVED better than their normal ketchup. Awesome.
Sunday - Made pancakes and bacon for the kids, went to the park just down the street from us, and then dropped the kids off. They were pooped out, Daisy was pooped out ALL DAY yesterday, it was good times.
Friday - picked up MIL from the airport. We had to drive around the airport for about 45 minutes cause United was so slow at getting the luggage out. We hung out with MIL for a while Friday night and heard all about her week. Other than that, we caught up on tivo.
Saturday - We went and saw Alice in Wonderland in the afternoon. It was awesome. I can't wait for IMAX! After that, it was pretty much a lazy-tv-kinda day.
Sunday - We took a drive out to the house and saw the progress! (check out my blog and/or FB for pictures I didn't update my siggy yet and I don't have them here at work to be able to make a post about it.) After that we wandered around the town and got a little more familiar with it. I am going to get SO lost it is not even funny lol!
I had a wonderful weekend with Brad!
Friday- We watched movies and took it easy
Saturday- Enjoyed the sun while it was out doing yard work!
Sunday- I wanted to be lazy since it was my last day of Spring Break
