OMG! I mowed my lawn!
I have NEVER mowed a lawn before... I know, I know... lame right?
So H never lets me mow the lawn because I have a bad back and before we moved into the house a year ago I lived in an apartment for 7 years, and when I lived with my parents, my dad liked mowing the lawn so I never had to do it.
H is working a LOT- double shifts, etc... and the lawn was getting a little shabby... so I mowed it! I feel so cool right now although it is pretty sad that I have been a homeowner for a year and never even tried (we had a gardener for the first 6 months then we fired him because he was terrible).
Yay for lawnmowing and I also planted new baby hedges in a planter in the front of my house... here's hoping they live!!! 
So are there things you have never tried to do around your home that your H or someone else does?

I haven't mowed our lawn but that's cause it's drives my allergies crazy but I do all the weeding and seeding stuff. And I used to mow the lawn all the time growing up.
I hung a curtain rod using a power drill for the first-love that!!
And we own our car for a yr and half before I had to put gas in it.
I used to mow my parents lawn when I lived with them but H does most of the yard work now. He likes it and is very finicky about it. It's cute.
Kat-you didn't have to pump gas for how long? Tell your husband to come to my house!
Lol- ok, now I don't feel as bad for never having mowed before

No gas pumping allowed per state law, lol!
