Potluck Ideas?
So work is doing a potluck for St Patricks day. I have no clue what to bring so I need ideas! I looked at the list and it appears chips, soda, desert are all taken. I see a couple of salads listed, devil eggs, mashed potatoes. Work is providing the corned beef.
Any suggestions?

I love deviled eggs and they're so easy to make! What about veggies and dip? Or a fruit tray?

I made this at Halloween, it was good! It is green, might be good for St. Patrick's day? I did mine in the crockpot, you could probably leave out the dry ice since it's not Halloween
