How does Day Light Savings effect you?
Re: 3/15
I never get enough sleep to begin with, so losing an hour kills me. It doesn't help this Saturday was the first day off we've had in a month. We stayed up super late on Friday and Saturday. It'll take me all week to get back on track.
Physically, it kills me! I definitely feel the effects of losing that hour of sleep because my body is programmed to stay up later. I'll adjust...
Emotionally, I love it....having the day time last longer is wonderful!
It didn't have an effect on me Saturday/Sunday, because I didn't have to get up at a certain time, so I just slept as long as I normally would. Sunday, I was dead tired at 10, so that was good, but I was exhausted when I got up this morning, because my body knows it is an hour earlier than I normally get up.
However, I LOVE the fact that it won't be dark when I get home...which also means that I won't have to go running in the dark.

So excited to meet Amelia Catherine!
I totally agree. I feel silly that one hour throws me off as much as it does, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE the extra daylight in the evenings.
