WFD?

My brain is already on dinner since my lunch was so blah.

I'm making my very simple chicken and stuffing casserole tonight.

What are you having?

Re: WFD?

  • BLT salad with buttermilk dressing... it's a new recipe so i'm hoping it's good!

mm i love chicken & stuffing...

Warning No formatter is installed for the format bbhtml
  • probably Ramen noodles.  DH has been out of town a lot lately and that's become my go to meal when I don't feel like cooking for myself
  • ... and I love anything bacon-related. :)

gmk - I wish I could stomach Ramen these days since they're so fantastically cheap!

I'm pretty sure 50% of my diet last week consisted of tater tots since I didn't go to the store at all. I need to do better this week!!

  • I have no clue! I have to make a grocery store run on my way home from the gym, so dinner will depend on 1) which direction my hungry, post-gym stomach drives me, and 2) how late it is and whether or not I feel like cooking when I get home

This just made my stomach grumble... ::runs to find food::

I survived the RoLex wedding and all I got was this lousy husband.
One&Only Palmilla - Los Cabos, Mexico
  • Mexican. It's trivia night, so it's a pretty typical Monday meal. I think I am going to have a chile relleno.

That's part of the reason I'm so hooked on them lately.  I can get a 6 pack at our grocery store for $1

  • I love that my H is on this new diet kick. Makes dinner planning very easy for me. He wants salad every night. Woohoo!!

PS-he lost 8 pounds last week alone!! I am so doing this now too.

  • Tuna steaks w/ a ginger-lemon-soy glaze, rice and edamame.

I've been fortunate enough that this is one of the few things I could eat during the first 4 month of the pregnancy.  Cheap craving!  Now we're on to ice cream.  mmmmm!

Dinner tonight will actually be steak and cheesy hashbrowns.

  • I have class late on Monday nights, so we designated it the night we eat out. We are having Subway tonight. The last few times we have had it, it has been great. Plus, they still have any sub for $5.
