Are any of you ladies left handed? Did you ever have problems finding sporting equipment because you were left handed?
I am having the worst time finding a decently priced glove for Chase. I played ball right handed even though I am left handed. I could catch better with my left hand than I could with my right, though that is not the case now. So I never had these problems before. Chris is also left handed, but plays ball right handed as well. All the lefties (and there are a lot of them) in my life always played ball right handed.
Re: Where My Lefties At?
Steve has kids that play lefty and they have equipment. Dicks should have gloves - you might have to ask though, I personally think their organization is weird, even DH has a hard time actually finding anything because of the way they appear to just have stuff on the shelf. Sports Authority is another good place to check.
We had to buy DH a new glove in the fall and they were a little more expensive than I expected but if you take care of them they should last a long time (that was the first glove DH had to buy in years and that was because someone actually stole his at a tournament. not one of his kids, but someone from another team decided his awesome, very expensive glove was meant to be theirs and so they took it. I told him that's what he got for just leaving it laying around while we LEFT the field and went to lunch.)
