  • B: Frosted Mini Wheats

    L: Lasagna and salad

    D: Cereal

    Workout: Walk 1/2 mile. I'd like to do more, but I am so tired I am going to passout as soon as I finish our business meeting tonight.

    Yesterday: I did pretty well and resisted the temptation of raisinettes =D.

  • B- Grits & Chocolate Milk

    L- Sausage buiscuit & Orange Juice

    D- No clue...probably Mickey D's

    Activity- Karate

  • B- egg white omelet, V8 low sodium

    S- plain ff greek yogurt w/raspberries

    L- Larabar, 2 wg Wasa crackers, baby carrots

    S- so far, an apple and cashews.  I'm starving because my last-minute-thrown-together lunch sucked. 

    D- IDK, maybe soup or something

    Activity- sitting on my a$$ working because there's soooo much to do (and no one else in my department seems to bother to do anything) Sad

  • B - 2 cups of coffee = fail

    L - calzone (bc I did a coworker a favor and he treated) = fail

    D - Pork tenderloin with brown rice and broccoli

    S - nothing yet but there is talk of a snowball in the office and that means another fail

    A - i did lots of playing with the dogs outside this weekend and still unpacking and moving. 

    Now that our storage shed is easy to get in and out of, I am going to start biking. Especially with the time change and the daylight outside.  Perhaps today is a great day to start.

    I have been emotionally eating like crazy with the stress of the move, my brother moving in and my upcoming surgery.

  • B-Skinny bun Eggbeaters sammich w Canadian Bacon, coffee

    S-banan

    L-Turkey Lasagne Roll-ups (from Clean Eating-not bad, but a wee bit bland), salad, water

    S-choc square, apple (which I'm still staring at) or Greek Yogurt-not sure yet.

    D-same as lunch? wine?

    A-gotta do some strength and cardio... was a lazy lush last night-wasn't feeling great, though.  

  • B: cinnamon bread toast and coffee

    L: miso soup, a shrimp tempura roll, salad, some teriyaki chicken and rice. yes, it was about 2 meals worth of food.

    S: 2 chocolate kisses. To get rid of sushi breath, of course!

    D: No idea - we didn't get home from MIL's until almost 7 last night, and I do my meal planning and grocery shopping on Sundays, so we have almost no food in the house.

    A: Grocery shopping while N does our laundry :P

    S: Yogurt

    D: Salad and a little bit of leftover stew from dinner last night.

    Activity: 30 min treadmill, 30 minutes on the Nautilus circuit

    That's hardcore, girl! I could never do it - I need to chew my calories, but good for you!
