Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

AW: I signed up for a 5k race!
I needed something to get me motivated, so I signed up for a 5k race in early May. I am may not be in the best shape by then or even run the whole race, but I'm so much more motivated to work out when I have some sort of tangible goal.
Here's hoping I stick with it!
