Cappuccinos!
Last night we went to fill our cars up, so we wouldn't have to this morning. We go to this Chevron Extra Mile by our house. They have really good coffee!! They have one of those cappuccino machines with all the different flavors (which I don't usually get-always get coffee), and they had a flavor I've never seen before-GOOEY BUTTER CAKE! So I had a little sample! OMG Delicious!! It was sort of buttery caramelly and super sweet so I added regular coffee to calm it down. But so yummy!!

You can have one cup a day. All the decaf you want
Just make sure you still get your 8-10 glasses of water and for every cup of coffee or soda you drink, drink another glass of water.
