Ya'll know what a big fan of Qdoba I am. I eat there 3-4 times a week. It's easy, quick and healthy for me.
We ordered online yesterday, just like always, but used a different store since the boss was going to be over there. He comes in with the bag and says "I think they messed it up". They had messed up our orders so badly, it wasn't one either it was both. I was SO angry that i called them promptly and told them that they needed to refund us. The lady was very apologetic, I was so frustrated, hungry and mad. My salad was so messed up it didn't include lettuce and had so much other stuff that I don't like on it I couldn't eat it.
I had 20 minutes to run and get a sandwhich before I had to be back in the office for a meeting. I get in my car and start crying, well not really crying, but bawling. We're talking crocodile tears down my face. I get to the sandwich shop and my eyes are all pink and bloodshot.
Today I can look back and laugh, but yesterday I was a mess.

I can understand that happening when you're just really hungry and want your food the way you ordered it.
