OMG I want to kick someone's arse at Lowe's
DH and I put down a deposit on a misordered carpet piece that Lowe's had to get installed in our house. It was 75% off, and the employees put it in the system as OURS. The measuring guy came out yesterday and we were about to get the full quote (including pads/tacks/whatever) to pay in full.
Today, the store manager decides to sell the carpet piece to another customer. Is this even legal/right? I'm completely livid and DH and I are going to Lowe's after work to give them a piece of our mind. Ugh..I'm SO SO mad right now!
