I figured it was Kennedy b/c I think I remember hearing he was in the hospital again.

Michigan senators split. Carl Levin voted yes while Debbie Stabenow voted no. But Levin is up for reelection and Stabenow isn't. I'm surprised. I thought their votes would have been reversed.
ETA: they're both liberal democrats
