anybody out there on nuvaring with really light & short periods?
Hey everyone-
I rarely post anything here but maybe it'll get me some good feedback...prove me right, ladies 
I'm on Nuvaring and have been for over a year now, all of a sudden (past 2 months) my periods are crazy short and extremely light. Last month I only bled for about 3 days and only 1 of those days was a normal flow. Then, this week I bled for maybe an hour (really light) yesterday and have since stopped. Usually by Thursday of my period week I'm having a normal or even heavy flow...
anyone else ever have this happen??

Yup, that sounds about like what my periods are like. I have to use a light days pantyliner for a couple of days, and maybe tampons for a day.
It's a normal side effect of birth control. Since your uterine lining isn't really building up, there isn't much to expel.
