As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

We are leaving this afternoon for Iowa. Redneck's court date is tomorrow. The nerves have finally hit me, I got a migraine at work yesterday and ended up leaving a couple of hours early. We don't have an attorney, so I've been painstakingly researching, detailing, and writing up everything. I've got 3 copies of all of our exibits (emails showing she refused visitation, etc) and we created an opening statement and a list of questions for his ex. I think we're good. She's going to have to prove that she did, in fact, offer visits over the last 2 years, and she hasn't, so I am hopeful.
Good thoughts and prayers are appreciated. I hope we have a fair judge who can see what's she's doing, and that this is not a wasted trip! He wants to see his kids so bad.
