Dining room mood board. The CP picture is to show a teal table runner to add a pop of color to a very neutral concept.
I still really like the geometric chain rug steph suggested, but this one is far friendlier at $60. :-/

Meh, I can't complain. I haven't contributed anything great in a while. The only thing I ever post about anymore is complaining about Mike being gone, or Chazzy/Forte pics. At least you're posting!

I'm holding out for a bit. Chazzy's first birthday is coming up in 11 days and I'm pretty sure I'll have a few pics from that. Gotta make sure he's not old news by then
Mamie what kind of feel are you going for the room? Contemporary?
I like the rug with that size of a table. The darkwood also looks nice. Not sure if I like that light fixture. It reminds me of something you pick up at Home Depot/Menards. I'm a bit of a light fixture freak so that could be part of it. I like how the light fixture in the picture with the table hangs down some.

Well it does go with the rug I suppose. If you like the fixture no point in chaning it. I am taking my dining room light fixture when we decide to move. It took me months before I found what I was looking for.

I can't get that rug out of my mind either! I just don't think I can make it work in a Texas Ranch, though. It would really work well in your space.
