Anyone have a BOB stroller?

I'm thinking about getting the double one, but there are different "types". If you have one, could you please recommend it? Also, if you have one, where did you buy it? I'm not sure where they sell them.

Re: Anyone have a BOB stroller?

  • I have the BOB Revolution. I love it!! It has a front wheel that swivels and locks for running. It is great and everyone I have talked to who has one loves theirs. DH loves it too, it is easy to maneuver. I don't have the double since I only have one kid.

I bought mine at Chick's when they were having their going out of business sale. But they sell them at REI and I know that they have a sale once a year so you can get it for 20% off with a coupon. That is the only place I have seen them in person. They use to have a Right Start near Vic Gardens that carried them, but they are no longer there.

  • Lori sent me here to tell you about my "double bob". We have twins, so we got the BOB Revolution Duallie. We love it. Its great for outdoors, and anything in the wide open space. It does ok in malls and stores but is pretty wide. You need a lrger SUV or Van to hold the Duallie. It does not fold up at all! The top part folds down and the wheels come off if you need them too, but you are still left with a huge square about 3 1/2 by 3 feet. They usually have them instore at REI or sporting places, since its made for rugged use. We got ours from Amazon. Hope this helps! :-) Congrats on the new baby coming soon!
  • USABaby in San Dimas sells them. I went there to check them out.
  • I love my single BOB revolution, but when I move to a double, I'm most likely getting the Bumbleride.  I love the size of the BOB, but I don't care for the hammock-style seat.  It just seams bad to have LO slouching all the time.  That said, it is currently the stroller of choice that lives in the car and I have a bugaboo, a graco literider, and another nicer umbrella type stroller.  It can hold everything and then some, lol.  I wish they had the same fun color choices in the duallie as they do in the single (I have pink/brown).
