Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. Remember a while back I asked for your help to decide which wedding pic to order in a canvas? Well, we ordered that and two regular prints from our photographer last December. We mailed her a check, she cashed it, and sent an email saying she would let us know when she mailed the prints.

No prints yet. I'm annoyed. I sent her an email almost 3 weeks ago saying we're moving and I want to make sure she can send them before we do. No reply so far. I tried the phone number we had, disconnected. She's in San Diego.

  • Ugh that sucks.

    I would email her one last time and tell her that you will report her to the better business bueru and alert all knotties on the local board about her if she doesnt send you your pics by X date.

  • I'd be annoyed too. I agree with Agent, send her another email. Can you google her name and maybe find her on facebook? I would try everything to get in touch with her.
  • Can you send her a certified letter?
  • UUUH!!!  That is soo sucky!  I would try every option to get in touch with her!  That totally sucks!

  • Does she have an office that she works out of?  If so I would ask your IL's to go down there if they were willing otherwise I agree on a certified letter.  That way you know she's received something and then you can go to BBB or threaten small claims court.
  • I agree with reporting her but maybe she has an office you can go to to see if you can talk to her in person?  Do you have a family member in SD that could do that for you if you can't do it yourself?

  • She doesn't have an office. In fact, she might be out of business... Her website is still working, but she has no events at all.

    I sent her another email, and I found her on FB. So I'll give her a couple of days to answer the email, and if nothing happens I'll start stalking her on FB!

  • That's awful!  I would definitely try to contact her through any means possible!  Good luck!
