Question from non-Cape Codder!
we have a friend who has a house on the Cape (specifically Falmouth). I am generally not into touristy stuff on the Cape, but we do enjoy going, basically to get away and have a change of scenery.
I want to go somewhere over Thanksgiving, because it is our anniversary and I don't want to get caught up in some ugly family issues.
How would you say traffic would be on the Cape around Thanksgiving? We just went in late September, and on a Friday evening, it was a nightmare! Coming from NY, the tolls before the Bourne Bridge were backed up and we sat in traffic for about 40 minutes. Any thoughts?
