DS is going on a field trip...
to Court with me 
I'm just going to watch my boss at an important oral argument in fed. court - I have also been working on this case for almost 2 years so I really don't want to miss it.
***Crossing my fingers this isn't a disaster***
He was a perfect little angel at the post partum group and yoga this morning and now he's napping so I'm hoping he hasn't hit some magic daily allotment of "good" hours yet today.

it went well - glad I went.
I couldn't time his eating/nap perfectly because he zonked out on the drive up there because he loves his carseat. So when we go there I took him out and put him in his sling and he slept for another hour while I watched in the Court room's back row, then he started grunting/moving (his wake - feed me soon cue) so I stepped out of the court room and fed him (yay, I'm starting to master (discreet) nursing in public!) then my sister, who was waiting at a nearby starbucks came and changed him and burped and carried him around for the next hour.
We even got brave and stopped at the mall and babies r us on the way home
He did good! Yay baby J and yay mama!
