Ok...I finally have a recipe to post this week!!
Since my husband makes maple syrup, I wanted to try to create my own recipe using it.
Maple Syrup Encrusted Chicken with Blueberry Glaze. The recipe and pictures are in my blog.

mmm those all look so good. I'm a total lame-o and didn't cook at all this weekend...at least nothing good. I made some impromptu grilled chicken parmesan tonight; it was delicious but nothing worth sharing.
I can't wait to try the maple chicken! I wonder how it will work with gluten free bread crumbs and no wheat bran?
I'm sure it will be fine! I add the wheat bran to practically everything for fiber...eck.
