I need some help my kitchen is being tiled and I have no where to cook except the toaster oven.
What can I cook in the toaster over any ideas?
Re: Ok ladies
I haven't been on here in a looong time but I have a great, easy recipe for you!
English muffin pizzas
Toast an english muffin
Put sauce on it, toppings of your choice, and shredded mozzerella cheese.
Set the toaster oven to broil and always on.
Warm them until the cheese has melted.
Really yummy, and really easy.

We lived w/out a stove for a month when we moved into the new house, so tj used the conventional oven alot to cook. Even in the old house, he would us our old toaster oven alot. Now i don't know if there is a difference between toaster ovens or conventional ovens haha. but he made the same things in both.
He'd make meatballs... porkchops.. ribs.... but I couldn't tell you how lol. I could ask him later though for temps he put them on and for how long if you'd like.
I do I forgot about that but I can't even get to my sink to clean it when we where finished!
What about the microwave? In the frozen aisles at the grocery store there are frozen veggies that are cooked in the microwave and costco has a yummy roast that takes 10 minutes in the microwave.
As for the toaster oven, mini pizzas as Jen suggested are always good. Or head to the grocery store and see what you can pick up that requires toaster oven instructions (frozen aisles is your best bet). There's always the prepared food section back by the deli that doesn't require any cooking just bring home and eat
we also always make frozen pizzas in toasterovens/conventional ovens.
