Yes, he did break it! It is doing much better. I would say almost completely healed. Thanks for checking. We should do a dog park GTG sometime soon. I highly doubt Rudy will play with any of the dogs, but I know he would enjoy hanging out with nesties!

Marky - GOOD LUCK on your inspection. I was so disappointed on our inspection b.c the floor joists were bad in parts of the house (built in 1932), and I thought we would have to fix them. Being a first timer I didnt realize that it was the owners responsibility. My stomach just turned over that day. Silly me. Have you posted any pics yet?
