Non-clicky Poll: How do you de-stress?
What are your de-stressing remedies?
Mind: Yoga, sipping tea, and laying in the sun (of course with sun screen on).
(I posted this on my local board and I thought it was too much fun not to post here)
Re: Non-clicky Poll: How do you de-stress?
I think on a regular basis, I relax by reading. In the summer, we spend our weekends at the beach or on the boat, which is so therapeutic, I love the salt air!
But, I would love to get back into doing yoga more frequently. My overall well-being benefits from that so much.
We sat in the sun on a fluffy blanket with our pillows in the park for 3 hours yesterday and it was the most relaxing day ever! Loved it.
I also am overdue for a massage. So basically, I try to relax every chance I get! LOL
