AF Symptoms You HATE poll (not clicky)
We all hate it when AF comes to visit (unless you want confirmation you're not pregnant), but what is the symptom that you hate the most?
At 2 weeks before AF or right after O I get super tender breasts that are worse than cramps for me.
What about you gals?
Uber horrible cramps? Bloating? Fatigue?
Re: AF Symptoms You HATE poll (not clicky)
Headaches and fatigue!
I am right there with you!!! Also add a little bloating...and my inner fat girl comes out!! I eat anything that has chocolate in it.
Not being able to have as much sex as I want.
Painful orgasms (yes i know .. it sucks)
Bloating
Crying at the drop of the hat.
Having to change the tampons
Cramps.
she brings me bad gas a week before...
i get suuper hungry 1 week or so before...
some of my jeans feel a tad snug...
i hate her
pimples and cramps
oh...and wanting to murder people.
Cramps so bad I want to lay in bed all day and not move.
Digestive problems.
I used to get cramps so bad that I almost passed out from the pain a couple times. Once I got on BCP, all of that went away. Maybe I have "normal" cramps now, but they feel so mild compared to before that I barley notice them.
I do get pretty bloated though and sex is uncomfortable a few days before and after.

Repeat this to your self: My Wedding Party is made of my family and friends and I should treat them as such.
i have a secret for everyone who's posted about hating pms... and af...
take magnesium!
i can suggest a brand that is the best and most easily used by the body, but anything will help its just a matter of how much/how well. our body's magnesium levels take a serious dive around the time of AF - and no coincidence, magnesium helps with muscle fatigue/cramping/recovery as well as soothing nerves and anxiety.
trust me my husband can tell when i forget my vitamins. and he RUNS to get them for me
This!
I do take magnesium, but it's not a cure.
Oh, and why is it that you only have 16 posts but at least two of them are about vitamins that I think you're selling?
Thats water retention - happens to me too. Green tea, cranberry juice, drinking lots of water and cutting down on your sodium intake can help.
