LOL. all I can do is laugh.

Re: LOL. all I can do is laugh.
yes, 9 or 10. not sure. i lost count a few ago
uggghhhh
The receptionist that has been here for 2 mths tells me daily she doesn't know how i put up w/ it for so long (4yrs) --- honestly, i don't know either.
The Dr. nitpicks us to death. He bithces all day long about the holes in the paper being crooked, or how come it took that patient 5 minutes to get back to triage. How come the sticker on the chart is crooked. How come you said it that way instead of this way. You need to tell the patient this, not that. Why did you take this insurance, why did you verify the copay that way?
it's just one question after another. He cares about things that in the grand scheme of things really aren't that important- but treats his employees like shiznit. He lets his ofc mgr hire anyone & everyone, yet he wants to harass us to death about why is the hole punch off.
i mean seriously?!
honestly, i'd rather her quit now then have her stay here a month and then quit. atleast we didn't waste to much time- she wasn't a good fit any how. she had no clue about medical offices/insurance/terminology. why our ofc mgr keeps hiring people that dont have a clue.
