(a freind of a friend taught in Bulgaria and had all kinds of interesting tidbits - - I'm still not sure how much of it was about how interesting Bulgaria was, vs. how interesting he was, KWIM?)

...that makes sense... I've known my share of internationals, and I don't think I've ever known anybody who spoke Czech!
