As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I can't breathe!
I think I have allergies because I've never felt like this before and it all started right when the pollen counts went up. The first day my nose wouldn't stop running and then yesterday and today, I haven't been able to breathe through my nose, it's so frustrating!
I have a neti pot I've used several times but it doesn't clear my congestion and I took a zyrtec yesterday but I didn't get the decongestant kind (because my nose wasn't stuffy when I bought it) and it made me feel pretty foggy.
Anyone have any advice?

I always keep sudafed in the house just in case!
You could try steaming or a hot shower to see if things will run? Massage your sinuses to see if that breaks up any congestion.
