Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Menifee was hoppin' today!
So a fire truck passes by as I'm working in my yard, and stops at the house at the end of the street where the alcoholic lady sits on her front driveway what seems like all day, with her fire pit in the driveway. Then another firetruck pulls up. Then a fire van. Then 2 cop cars. Then Hazmat. Then 2 county of Riverside Environmental Protection Agency vehicles. Then Another. Then a street-cleaning team with the flashing arrow signs and cones. Then the street sweeper.
Turns out we had Acetone and Ethanol running from that house at the end of the street, all the way down the block and onto the next major cross-street. Someone was cooking something and it wasn't BBQ or cookies.
Someone got cuffed up and put in the back of a cop car (he has been known to provide the alcoholic lady with other "prescription" substances)- what a crazy couple of hours. All is quiet now for this typically quiet neighborhood. Just goes to show you those people can be anywhere.
