PSA: FHA Loans
FHA is raising their upfront payment from 1.75% to 2.25% of the home price on April 5.
Ouch.
My loan guy is trying to hook us up before then.

Yea, our broker told us about it a month ago. I hope it works out for you, we'll miss it because we won't be physically looking for another 3 weeks at least.
Thought so, yea, it totally sucks. They are raising that and lowering seller concessions from 6% to 3% (Boo Hiss to that) and they are raising the minimum FICO score.
