Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I *think* the points thing is based on your posts (you get more for starting one), writing a blog, commenting on a blog and other stuff I haven't figured out yet.
I have no idea if the squares hinge on points or posts.

I have seen a few gold out there and it is scary. I think I spend waaaay too much time on here and I just broke into bronze this week or the last. But I don't post at work - I can't imagine being at Gold! Holy cow!
