Im the Team Mom!!
I?m so excited! I volunteered to be the team Mom for Chase?s baseball team. I?m really hoping this will lead to some great friendships with other parents from the team or league in general. I don?t have many friends, and not a single friend that has kids around Chase?s age. I need a hobby and this sounds like my ?in? into the coveted ?team mom? group. All the other moms know each other from other seasons or they are all teachers that work together. I?m the odd man out, and as far as I can tell the youngest mom by about 8-10 years. Keep your fingers crossed Chase and I make some new friends!

that's so fun! If you want any help let me know. I've never been the "official" team mom but in the last couple years (since we went from LL to high school) we haven't really had an official team mom so by default it has been me. And if you want any ideas for coaches gifts at the end of the season let me know. We've gotten a few over the years
I love my baseball moms and I'm much younger than they are now especially since DH coaches high schoolers. We made some good friendships (as individuals and as a couple) through the years with baseball and even though DH doesn't coach LL anymore we're still friends with those guys. And they're even on our case to have kids cause they've all got "big" kids and aren't having babies anymore but they want babies to play with so that is apparently where I come in haha
Hey, why don't we try to meet up? Maybe we can get Teri involved too. It's silly seeing as we are all so close. Maybe we can get together in the city. For some reason we've never met up and that's a crime! And just so you don't feel bad, not many people our ages have many friends left. It's just what happens. I don't have many either since I moved around. I'd love to meet up with you!
I'm only an hour from philly too i'd like to get together one day tooooo
also a lot of my friends have been to the please touch museum, i've heard a lot of good things about it!
