*EDIT: I believe Sunday, April 25th @ 6pm is our winner for the first meeting. Lena offered up her home, so I think that is a great place to start. I just made a poll with the book suggestions so we can pick a book and get started!

Also, if you could PM your emails that would be great so I can send out an evite with all the info.*
I am excited so many people would like to do a book club! I figure the first thing we need to do is find our first meeting date, then we can pick a book. I have set up a doodle calendar to try to make picking our first date as easy as possible, and to have the most people able to come. I put up a few dates, and if for some reason none of them work I will just add more until it does. After we have a date, I can set up the pool to help us pick a book. Also let me know if 6pm works for people to get home from work. Click the link and input your days!

Also, feel free to post with a book that you would like to be added to the poll to read for our first meeting and if you would like to meet at different homes, restaurants, or? It sounds like some of you have more experience (as I have none) so feel free to jump in with your suggestions.
Re: Book Club Scheduling-Evite Sent. If you didn't get one let me know, I had less emails then book vote
Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sundays work best for me- otherwise I have to work evenings and wouldn't be able to make it
So if that works for people that would be awesome.
I will volunteer my house for any or all of the meetings as well
H is gone at night so it would just be us girls
What a great site! I added my days for April.
I've got a couple of suggestions of books on my shelf that I haven't read yet:
Jennifer Weiner - Certain Girls
Janna Cawrse Esarey - The Motion of the Ocean (1 Small Boat, 2 Average Lovers, and a Woman's Search for the Meaning of Life)
Lisa See - Peony in Love
Great website!! I have a conference that I have a booth at the 22-24th, so I'll be crazy busy that week. Normally, I'm pretty open.
On my shelf to read: Nineteen Minutes by Jodi Picoult, The Art of Racing in the Rain, Look Me in the Eye, and a few others I can't think of right now
