As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

SPRING BREAK!!!
You know, for all I complain about (1) grading/lesson planning/writing exams/teaching in general, and (2) grad school nonsense, I'm reminded on days like today WHY I love having a career in education*.
SPRING BREAK!
My day ended at 9:30 a.m., and I'm officially OFF until Monday, April 5th. One glorious week to sleep in, go to coffee with friends, shop...oh yeah, and grade/clean the house/work on my thesis...but we're ignoring that second part for the moment 
*and yes, there are things I love about having a career in education besides the days off...but some days, they just take the top slot for a bit!

well not really, but ohh what i wouldn't give for spring break!! right now i get a whopping 10 vacation days and 5 holidays off a year...
enjoy your time off for me
