Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Uh oh... Citigroup is pissed.

They're not too pleased that Wachovia decided to call off it's deal with Citi and run into the arms of Wells Fargo instead.

    Citi supposedly had a full page ad in USA today or something about taknig over wachovia..

    they shoudl talk to McCain about counting chickens before they are hatched...

    They apparently had a contract in place that said Wachovia was not to be entertaining any other offers.

    Good!  We represent them sometimes.  It'd be awesome if we got to handle this case, but I doubt it.  Really curious which of their in-house counsel will handle it... hmm...
