Hidey-ho, neighbors! An intro and a wine bar question
I'm an old, old, old school Knottie. We got married in 2002, so it's been forever. I rejoined when I planned SILs wedding 2 years ago - she had no interest so I got to do it for her. It's a lot more fun when it's not your wedding, let me tell ya! Anyway, I'm pretty sure this is my first post on the nest.
So, my question: Is there a fantastic wine bar in Portland for wine/sparklings/sake/whatever by the glass that has a great bistro/coffee shop type feel to it? We recently went to one in Bend and it was awesome, and we'd love to find one here for occasional nights out. Any recs would be awesome!
