Saturday plans?
It's sunny and it's Saturday. What does everyone have planned today?
Laundry: there's always laundry to do, but I have to get two loads of work clothes finished so I can iron them.
MH and I are making a Lowe's run to get some flowers for the front of the house. He enjoys planting things and he knows how much I love flowers so he wants to get some flowers for me.
In a few hours we have to go to MH's dad's house to watch his grandmother while his dad and stepmom go out for a wedding gathering. I don't mind doing this, but MH is frustrated because his stepmother couldn't be bothered to come to our reception. Families are interesting.
Tonight we're grilling out and I'm excited.

I just tried to file our taxes, but realize I am missing a form. No biggie because I have to pay $$$ and want to put it off as long as I can.
Tonight I am attending a friend's bachelorette party. Bar tour in Manhattan! Then back to brooklyn for another friend's going-away party. She quit her job and has decided to hike the Appalachian Trail for the next 5-6 months!
I have a confession though: all of this involves a LOT of drinking and there is a chance I could be pg (too early to test), so I will need some creative ways to not drink wihtout raising any eyebrows. Hmmmm...
Do you drink diet coke or coke at all? Just order one of those and say its a coke and vodka! lol Or say you are cutting out alcohol to get your body in better shape so you can get ready for a baby.
I confess that I woke up at 930...did a whole lot of nothin on the internet...worked out for 25 minutes...showered and went back to bed till 330!!! We are meeting friends for dinner soon and I feel like such a blob since all I really did today was sleep.

My Blog!
I know I'm really late on this one, but I did have a good Saturday (and Sunday), so I thought I'd share anyway! I got up, showered, ran a couple of errands, then met my sister for lunch. It was delicious and I'm excited for lunch tomorrow because I have leftovers.
Then, I made some chocolate covered pretzel rods for my friend/co-worker's baby shower we're throwing next week. DH helped!
Then DH and I went to see my mom and pick up the tickets they couldn't use for the NCAA game between Michigan State and Tennessee today!
We went out for dinner too, which was delicious.
So... then we went to the game today and Michigan State won! Yay!
