Re: Cooking Class at Redlands Bowl

  • If I didn't have class that night I would have been there in a heartbeat. Going to a cooking class is one of my goals.
  • I always forget to come over here and check the board!

    Anyway, according to the Redlands Daily Facts, "Some of the buffet dishes that will appear on this year's menu are Easy Potato Soup, Sausage Stratta, Kiwi Strawberry Salad, Cauliflower Pepper Toss, Citrus Pecan Roll, Beef Brisket and Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Torte".

    They will make it on stage and you will be able to sample there. I've heard good things about it!
