We sold it!
We agreed on a selling price and signed the contract to sell our house! Now we're in a tight crunch to try and find something new and quick. We're going to start looking at places tomorrow.
Both MH and I are having sellers remorse because we looked at around 50 houses online the realtor sent us and nothing looked appealing at all 
But we have a back-up plan to move in with my parents for a while if we need to so we don't have to rush into a decision.

Congratulations! Thats great news! Yeah thats smart, definatley don't rush into such a big decision.
There's no new communities going up in the areas we are looking at. Everything new (with the exception of builder knock downs) is too far west, north, or south (which is where we're moving from).
We looked at a bunch that looked great in pictures...but they were such a misrepresentation that it was frustrating!
