Thanks Everyone! You guys are so nice. We are looking for a house. Specifically, a house with at least three bedrooms, a powder room on the first floor and a master suite. Crazy as it may sound, we also want to live on a street with either underground utilities, or in the backyard. Streets look so much nicer sans power lines. Unfortunately, you just don't get enough bang for your buck in Ft Thomas. We've looked in other neighborhoods, but DH is a cake eater for life. (a little nky humor)
Congrats on selling your condo! I know that's a huge relief.
We built a house in Fort Thomas that meets all your criteria. It's a Fischer Homes community - Villa Grande. It's on the border btwn Fort Thomas and Newport, so I don't know if that meets your DH's needs, but we liked the proximity to downtown and "central" Fort Thomas.
If you need something that's move-in ready, I'd recommend using Sandi West. She's a Fort Thomas expert.
