We close on our refinance a week from today!
Super excited for our better rate and lower payments.
The lame part of this? It officially bumps tuition up to our largest monthly expense. We could make an additional P&I payment each month and then some for what we're paying in tuition. 
Is it April 2011 yet?
I guess it's good practice for paying for daycare in the (very distant) future right? I don't know how you girls with babies do it.

Technically we're saving money, but we won't see any of it since we plan on applying it to principal each month. We really want/need to pay our mortgage down because we're still underwater (thanks to a 14% drop in 2.5 years - yay real estate market! lol)
