Happy Monday everyone! It's a very short work week for me (I have Thursday and Friday off) so I am hap hap happy this morning ![]()
Here's what we're eating this week. I don't have a grocery total cause I am going shopping after work today.
Monday: Steak w/ Phyllo Wrapped Asparagus;
Tuesday: Warm Chicken Sandwiches with Mushrooms Spinach and Cheese w/ tossed salad;
Wednesday: Pork Chops w/ Honey Roasted Parsnips & Carrots with Parmesan;
Thursday: ???? OMG has the month of March passed by that quickly?!
Friday: ???? Yeesh, I need to get on top of this! lol

I did grocery shopping Saturday so I kind of know what I'm doing this week!
Mon: Lamb korma w/ rice & zuchinni
Tues: tofu brocolli schezuan with udon noodles
Wed: chicken fajitas served with guacomole
Thu: pork chops on the BBQ, I need to decide on a veggie
Fri: I better go shopping before Friday because I don't think I have enough to last me until then!
Mm, those sandwiches sound divine. I'm bookmarking that one.
So, remember ages ago when I said I was going to start meal planning? That only lasted a week. Sigh. We're moving on Saturday, so it's going to be lazy eating again all week and probably next week too, but after that I SWEAR I'm going to get back on the wagon and stay there. Seriously. I need to eat healthier to lose weight and I need to save money since my parental leave expires in May and I'm not going back to work. Meal planning should help both those goals... right??
Monday: Pork Parmesean with Pasta and Citrus Salad
Tuesday: Sesame Tofu Stir Fry with Vermicili
Wednesday: Rib Eye Steaks on the BBQ with sauted veggies & couscous
Thursday: Will probably be hitting the grocery store so I don't have to eat from the freezer.
Friday: no idea.
Monday - Bourbon Chicken with Jasmine Rice
Tuesday - Taco night
Wednesday - BBQ Chicken Pizza
Thursday - Take out
Friday - Tuna Buns (good Friday so non meat)
Saturday -Turkey
Sunday - Turkey
Monday: Mexican lasagna with asparagus
Tuesday: Home made fish and chips (baked) and salad
Wednesday: A sandwich or cereal, H has ball hockey on Wednesdays and I never seem to cook anything for just me.
Thursday: Ribs with mashed potatoes and clean out the fridge vegetables
Friday: Leftovers.
Saturday: Easter Dinner! Ham, scalloped potatoes, asparagus...and this pregnant chick wants some damn lemon pie.
