Monday- tacos
Tuesday- chicken stuffing and a veggie
Wednesday- going to a Steakhouse in Altantic City for our friends 30th Birthday
Thursday- going to Rainforest Cafe in Altantic City for our anniversay dinner
Friday- Pizza
Saturday- no clue
D&B is a lot of fun! We've got one semi in the area. I wish it were closer. But yeah, loads of fun!!
Our week is kind of up in the air because we might be picking up a new car tonight and we have friends coming in on Thursday.
Monday - if there's time, chicken with black beans.
Tuesday - Lemon pepper and garlic tilapia with some sort of veggie
Wednesday - Stiry fry shrimp
Thursday - Pork dumplings and fried rice
Friday - no idea. probably out somewhere
Saturday - Going to a steak place - so steak, mashed potatoes and creamed spinach
Monday -Quesadilla Casserole
Tuesday - Cuban pork chops
Wed - Buffalo Chicken Soup
Thur - Stir Fry
Friday - Left overs or veggie burgers
Becky...I so love your menu! Let me know how you like that Buffalo soup, it's pretty good!
Mon - Leftovers - Ropa Vieja, White Rice & Platanos
Tue - Herb-Crusted Pork Loin, Roasted Apples/Asparagus & Mashed Potatoes
Thurs- Polenta with Leeks & mushroom ragu, & salad
Fri - Good Friday dinner with the family. I'm making something small - still figuring it out.
I'm making cheesecake for Easter though, Oreo crust with vanilla bean cheesecake with a strawberry puree.
Monday: Taco leftovers

Wednesday: Chicken, rice and veggies
Thursday: Lasagan
