B-party update!
So I took alm's advice and got a beer in the bride before bringing up the topic. The bride ended up going for our idea to move the party to the lake. Thank goodness! I think she must have looked into options for staying at OC and realized how expensive/unfeasible the trip had become, she may have even resigned herself to the idea of it not happening at all. She teased me for my lists, but admitted they really helped clear things up for her. She seems really happy & excited with our new plan and we got enough of a headcount to book the places yesterday. They have hot tubs & grills, there's a rafting center nearby, there's a bar that turns into a club at night within walking distance, I think it's going to be great! I'm so relieved, thanks for all the advice and listening to mybitching!
