Home Update
Two weeks ago Aaron and I came VERY close to putting an offer in on a home. However after discussing it with both sets of parents as well as looking over our savings, we decided to hold off.
Fast forward to 5 minutes ago. I got a call from the realtor that showed us the home. Apparently the sellers moved into their new home and are paying 2 mortgages. The realtor said they'd be willing to knock 10k off the asking price plus pay all closing costs! I just called Aaron and I'm going to call my parents tonight to discuss what course of action we are going to take. EEEK! So exciting!

Our mortgage just kicked in for April 1st and we still have 1/2 month left on our lease. Even having to pay that extra 1/2 sucks!
