roasting chicken
I am hanging my head in shame right now, I can't believe I'm about to ask this...
How do you roast chicken thighs in the oven? I just don't know exactly what temp. and about how long they should be in there.

I never roast a whole chicken because DH doesn't like to eat chicken on the bone. Weirdo. lol. Surprisingly I know quite a few people who are the same way.
