Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Hey - I was reading your blog about having to plan ahead when travelling (I hear ya on that one) and thought I would mention this to you. iPhone has an app called glutenfreed that uses your location and will tell you what places near you have gluten free food. It's all based on user input so you can add to their list if you know of good places. It has been worth its weight in gold for DH and I. I don't know if you have an iPhone or not, but it's sooooo worth it just for that app lol.
