Have you had things shipped from California before?
Dh's cousin shipped Scarlett's present on the 18th and it's not here yet. I am wondering if we should be worried yet. I have asked her for a tracking number but haven't heard back yet. I wasn't worried until she emailed me asking if DD liked her Fraggle and told me when she shipped it.

Re: Have you had things shipped from California before?
We get things regularly from the US, it can often take 2 to almost 4 weeks (though ironically we recently shipped 2 HUGE boxes from San Francisco which arrived here before we did). The tracking number will also be pretty useless if it's regular post. It just simply says that it shipped for the most part.
I wouldn't worry about it.
It takes forever to get stuff from the US. Although a lot of my packages come addressed to Jen Hoar (thanks to my friends) so maybe that is half my problem.
I sent my friend (she lives in NJ) Olympic mits a month agand she still has not gotten them.
Like the previous comments it does really take forever.
I got my wedding dress shipped on the 1st of March Express Post and I got it three weeks later. And yup, the tracking number was completely useless.
I have a few packages from some of my friends that were mailed like 6 weeks ago. They are still not here.
