Conversations with close-talkers are usually only awkward on your end. They could be telling you about how they found ten miniature unicorns in their backyard and all you are thinking about is whether your breath stinks and exactly how to angle your head so that you aren't breathing on them, but it still kind of looks like you are paying attention.
The Solution:
Ok my funny. I had to go pick up a prescription last night. The pharmacist was reading all the warnings and he said "for women over 35 you need to be careful about watching for ...... oh wait you are not 35 yet", I said "I will be in August" he said "oh you are old huh". LOL! My friend was on the phone with me at the time and I set her down so I could pick this up and after he said that I hear her laughing hysterically....because I am all of 1 year older than her she called me old lady for the rest of the conversation.
Lol!! The guy has some guts to say something like that!
