This may be in your blog so forgive me if it is and I just haven't read it yet.

Are you doing the shake thing again or are you trying something different?  Just curious.

  • I am doing the protein shakes as before. I was getting good results the last time I did it, before I jumped off the wagon.  I am also teaching myself portion control when I eat. I am also trying to cut back on carbs, not cut them out completely, just cut back.  I am a carb lover, but the feeling just isn't mutual.

    For exercise I am doing the P90, it's @ss kicking, but so far I love the shiit out of it.  It comes with a food plan / the "right" foods to eat to get the best results, but I'm not following that.  

  • Awesome!  I know you had some good luck with them last time so I am sure with your newfound attitude you will do great.  Glad you found something that you love to do. That is half the battle.
